In 2018, Verusaturk successfully completed the exit from its investment portfolio by selling its Smartiks shares to Kafein Yazılım.

Smartiks Yazılım went public on May 9, 2019 and started to be traded on Borsa Istanbul (BIST) with the company code "SMART".
